Modern PLAST offers plastic injection molding service in several different ways :
- Moulding with Moulds provided by the Client.
- Moulding with moulds made by Modern PLAST as per customer requirement (the mould owned by the client)
- Moulding with custom plastic injection moulds made by Modern PLAST on free of charge basis on your injection moldings' quantity. (The mould owned by Modern PLAST and client need not pay for moulds. But to pay 50% of total amount of product manufacturing cost at the confirmation to initiate the order).

Modern PLAST capable of processing wide range of plastics : PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, GPPS, ABS, Poly-Carbonate (PC), SAN, PVC, TPE and Nylon (PA).
As Modern PLAST is having brand new servo motor-driven injection moulding machines, the consumption of electricity energy is very low. Hence Modern PLAST offers low prices for moulding.

Manufacturing of Injection Moulds
The Modern PLAST‘s Engineers have excellent experience for designing and manufacturing of wide range of Injection moulding items mentioned below:
All above moulds are possible to make as Cold Runner or Hot Runner type depending on the customer requirement. In addition to the above, Modern PLAST undertakes repairing of any kind of moulds and dies and restoring to the initial condition or modification as per clients’ requirement.
Modern PLAST undertakes to convert customer’s any existing Cold Runner mould in to Hot Runner type, if requested,to gain the advantages mentioned below thereby. This is possible not only for single cavity,but also multi cavity moulds.
- Shorter cycle time: No runner controlling the cooling time
- Easier to start: Without runners to remove, and auto cycle occurs faster and more frequently
- Fewer sink marks and under-filled parts: Unlike when plastic flows through a cold runner and loses heat to mold plates
- Design flexibility: Can locate the gate at many points on the part
- Balanced melt flow: Separate melt channels are in externally heated manifolds that are insulated from mold plates surrounding them
